Refund Policy

Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds on our products. However, due to unavoidable situation if you wish to do the same then we do offer an exchange of damaged products within 7 days of receiving your order. If the request is made after 7 days then, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it along with tag and in the original package.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you can reach out to us through email

Replacement

If you have not received your package within 60 days of the date of dispatch, owing to the package being lost in the mail based on the status of tracking number provided by us, we will send you a free replacement or offer refund in store credit only. Free replacements will not be provided if your package is held by your country’s customs which causes a delay of longer than 60 days of the date of dispatch. Cash refunds on PayPal/Credit card/debit card are not applicable for lost mail.

Shipping – for all product replacements, customer need to pay for shipping.

Once an item is shipped we will provide you the tracking number. International Shipping:

International Buyers will be responsible for any possible additional taxes or customs fees relevant to the laws of their country. Returns, due to nonpayment of custom fees, will not be accepted. Sometimes packages take longer than stated at checkout due to unavoidable situation, and we will not be held responsible.

Delivery Timeline: How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Most orders are delivered within 8 to 10 working days (from order placement). Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
