How do I return an item purchased on Maujart
You can conveniently seek a replacement or refund if you’ve received an item in a ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’. It’s simple, Click on Contact us and fill the “Quick Contact” form with appropriate detail. Or Call our customer service to place a request for you.
Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
- Customer should initiate the replacement process with in 3 days of receiving an item if it is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’
- We support Replacement across categories in case of damaged item.
- In case of Refund, the entire amount paid by you including shipping and wrapping charges will be transferred to your account
- You can ship the product through any courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.
- Replacement is subject to availability of stock with Maujart. In case a Replacement is not available, Maujart will refund the amount for the same.
If you have received an item in a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ condition, or it is ‘Not as Described’, you may request a replacement at no extra cost.
